Danielle Pinc (she/her) | Director of Business Operations | dpinc@omni.org
Danielle leads Omni’s business operations and ensures our business is always running smoothly. She is responsible for HRIS management, benefits administration, employee payroll processing, and our monthly finance and accounting processes. Danielle manages our IT infrastructure and tech stack and is an Office365 administrator and Salesforce administrator. She is always looking for new ways to leverage technology to improve Omni’s work and enhance our privacy and security.
Prior to joining OMNI, Danielle was Business Manager for Stepping Out, Inc., a group home for disabled adults in Minnesota. Danielle received her PHR certification in 2012 and her SHRM-CP certification in 2015. Danielle loves photography, reading, hiking, and doing puzzles.
